Thank you so much. Highly recommend. Got tiles on my roof fixed and cleaning of guttersPosted on Google vinod mosesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently used Singh Roofing and Tiles for roof pointing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and some additional work around our house. During the extra work, there was a misunderstanding about the scope of the job. Lucky came out personally, took the time to explain everything clearly, and resolved the issue in a very professional and honest manner. I really appreciated his transparency and the way he handled the situation. In the end, everything was completed to a high standard, and the workmanship was exceptional. We're very happy with the final result and would confidently recommend Singh Roofing and Tiles to anyone looking for quality roofing services.Posted on Google Faze Tech ReviewsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Singh roofing, completed the job with full care, they knew what needs to be donePosted on Google Dane LaiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lucky and his guys do fantastic work, a work colleague recommended them to me as they had restored his roof recently and now that they've worked on my property, I can absolutely back that recommendation. I originally called them to check some buckling tiles and do a quote to repair those tiles only, but Lucky showed me photos of the poor state of the roof after many years of neglect by the previous owners and recommended a roof restoration. I attached photos of before and after Singh roofing worked their magic and the roof looks brand new, I cannot fault their work.Posted on Google Julio DeeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This could easily have been a 1-star review, but their integrity turned it into a 5-star experience. I had a new ducted fan installed and tested - my humidity sensor confirmed it worked perfectly. I then needed a vent, so I contacted Singh Roofing (SR). They provided a reasonable quote, I approved it, and a low-profile vent was installed within a couple of days. However, the humidity sensor then showed moisture lingering for a very long time after showers. After doing a quick check in the roof and some research, I contacted SR to report I had an issue and suggested the duct length might be the cause. I was told it wasn’t too long, that this was a standard install for them, do it this way all the time, and that the issue must be with the fan. Being told the fan was the problem was frustrating, and after some back and forth, despite me explaining it worked fine prior, I was eventually told they had to go as they had other calls waiting. At this point I was even more frustrated. I got on the roof and after some time found the issue: the backdraft flap couldn’t move. The way the ducting had been installed effectively reduced the diameter at the fan outlet, preventing the flap from opening freely (which is required for proper exhaust and backdraft prevention). After emailing photos and video evidence, SR responded first thing the next morning and arranged to come out and fix it. The vent installation on the roof tiles appears excellent (to the best of my knowledge), but what really stands out is their willingness to acknowledge the issue and promptly rectify it. That’s what makes this a 5-star review. The only thing that could have been better is if they had offered to come and review it after I reported the issue, and taken on board that it had been working perfectly beforehand, rather than me having to get on the roof myself. One slightly cheeky moment: during the fix, I was told “I can remove the flap”—which of course defeats its purpose, and I said as much. That said, I personally watched the repair, tested the flap before reattaching the duct to the fan, and the final result was an excellent job.Posted on Google Raffles KrisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a leaking roof under my solar panels which were installed 3 years ago. Lucky (that's his name), came in a couple of days later, took away a few tiles, crawled into the ceiling and identified two leak spots. The seal for the electrical to the panels had deteriorated. Lucky fixed the leak and replaced a damaged tile without fuss. Excellent work!Posted on Google L TTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Roof damage in Wyndham Vale escalates quickly due to strong winds, clay soil movement, and temperature extremes.
⚠️ Real scenario: A Wyndham Vale homeowner ignored a small leak after winter rains. Within weeks, moisture spread through insulation and timber framing, leading to mould growth and ceiling damage. What could have been a minor repair turned into a major restoration. Roof issues never fix themselves.
We cover all roofing types common across Wyndham Vale’s residential estates.
Tile roofs are common across Wyndham Vale homes built between 2000–2015.
Newer builds and renovations in Wyndham Vale often feature Colorbond roofing.
Flat roofs are common on extensions, garages, and alfresco areas.
Storm damage or active leak? We respond fast across Wyndham Vale.
Wyndham Vale sits on the Werribee plain, a wide, flat, and highly exposed area in Melbourne’s western corridor. Unlike inner suburbs that benefit from buildings and terrain acting as wind buffers, Wyndham Vale homes face direct environmental exposure year-round.
This combination of wind, heat, storm activity, and estate construction standards creates predictable roofing failure patterns and we see the same issues across hundreds of homes in the area.
Wyndham Vale’s open-plan estates, especially around Manor Lakes, Jubilee, and Presidents Park, offer very little natural wind protection. Prevailing west and south-west winds travel across open land and hit rooftops with full force.
This leads to:
Over time, even minor wind movement creates gaps, and once water finds a path, leaks follow.
Wyndham Vale regularly records some of the highest temperatures in Melbourne’s west during summer. Roof surfaces absorb and amplify this heat, creating intense expansion and contraction cycles.
The impact on your roof:
These temperature cycles are one of the biggest reasons newer roofs in Wyndham Vale still require repairs within 5–10 years.
Melbourne’s western suburbs, including Wyndham Vale, frequently experience fast-moving storm systems, particularly during spring and summer.
After a storm, we typically see:
Important: Damage isn’t always obvious from the ground. Many leaks start small and only become visible weeks later as ceiling stains.
A large portion of Wyndham Vale homes were built between 2005 and 2020 as part of rapid suburban expansion. While structurally sound, many were built to minimum specification standards, which leads to recurring repair needs over time.
Common construction-related issues include:
These aren’t faults unique to your home, they’re patterns we see across entire estates in Wyndham Vale.
